Nigeria: NOA Alerts Border Communities to Need for Security Consciousness

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) on Tuesday cautioned residents of border communities to be security conscious and report any strange people and movement in their environment to security agents.

Mr Yakub Abubakar, the NOA Chief Orientation and Mobilisation Officer in Baruten Local Government Area, gave the warning while addressing members of the Police-Community Relations Committee at Kosubosu, the council's headquarter.
