Kenya: Man Denies Phone Theft

A 27-year-old man has denied stealing a phone. Earnest Kithoka yesterday appeared before Thika senior principal magistrate Martha Mutuku.

He allegedly stole a mobile phone worth Sh3,000 from Hussein Juma at Majengo in Kiambu on May 19. The case, prosecuted by chief inspector Richard Cheruiyot, will be heard on August 18.
