Tanzania: Parents, Guardians Implored to Protect Families Against Rapists

Dodoma — PARENTS and guardians have been urged to take caution in protecting their families from rapists as experience shows that most of the victims of rape are inflicted by closest members of family.

The Deputy Minister for Constitution and Legal Affairs, Ms Angellah Kairuki made the call in the National Assembly yesterday, adding that most of the cases so far have proved that victims of rape are being victimized by the people who are close to the families.
