This August, Fashion enthusiasts will gather in London once more for the Africa Fashion Week in what has become an annual ritual. It is definite that the success of the just concluded first Africa Fashion Week Nigeria will rub off on this year's AFW in London.

"There is definitely a growing appetite for fashion out there, so we need to help the industry grow by showcasing talents scattered around the country." Exuding that confidence of an ambassador for Africa Fashion Week Nigeria (AFWN) whose time has come, this fashion icon and daughter of Nigerian billionaire, Sade Okoya was in her element as she savoured the joy that came with the success of the first AFWN, after that difficult experience the founder of the Africa Fashion Week, Ronke Ademiluyi had for four years in getting Nigeria hooked-up to what is now a global event.
