A ZIMBABWEAN man who grew up in an orphanage and lost his sight some five years ago but now runs an organisation that provides HIV education to the blind and helps them use computers is up for a top international award and needs the votes of fellow Zimbabweans.
Tafadzwa Nyamuzihwa, 29, is in the running for the international Hermann Gmeiner Award which was established in the early 1990s to recognize individuals who were cared for in SOS Children´s Villages and have grown to distinguish themselves in their social, cultural, athletic or career accomplishments.
