Nigeria: AMAA - Bayelsa Didn't Spend Such Colossal Sum

The organisers of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) has said thatat no point in the 10-year history of AMAA with Bayelsa State has the state government spent such colossal sum as being alleged it has used to host this year's AMAA.

This is following the reports in the dallies where the Bayelsa State Chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) alleged that the Bayelsa State government lavished N2billion naira to organise the 10th edition of the Africa Movie Academy Awards recently held in the state.
