Lagos — One hundred and twenty seven rehabilitated ex-Niger Delta militants have been trained as pilots and engineers under the Amnesty Programme.
The 127 pilots and aircraft maintenance engineers trained by the office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta, which oversees the Presidential Amnesty Programme, were unveiled in Lagos at the weekend.
