THE much anticipated opening of the state-of-the-art Oshakati open market, which was scheduled to be completed by the end of this month, has been rescheduled to the end of September this year.
According to the Oshakati spokesperson Jackson Muma they could not meet the initial date because of late delivery of vital equipment such as the lift for the observation tower from Germany.
