Kenya: Case On Pupils' Hair Postponed

A case in which parents are challenging the expulsion of their four children from school for refusing to shave their hair because of their faith, failed to take off at the High Court in Machakos on Wednesday.

The constitutional petition was scheduled to be mentioned before judge Beatrice Jaden. However, she had travelled to Kitui Law Courts to hear other matters. Justice Lilian Mutende ordered a new date for the case.
