Angola: Physicians Honoured for Their Contribution in Promoting Health

Benguela — Seven physicians were honored on Saturday in Benguela province, and six received various goods from the Angola National Physician Syndicate (SINDEA) in recognition of their contribution in promoting and preventing health.

During the act, which aimed at closing the activities allusive to International Workers Day, celebrated on May 1, the physician under the service of Lobito General Hospital, Teresa Fançony, was awarded a vehicle, while physicians Arsénio Sawendo, Manuel Júlio, Aida Assunção, Maria Manuel and Ernesto Sequeira, got a motor bicycle, plasma television, fridge, freezer and a computer, respectively.
