THE Law Society of Kenya has threatened to institute private prosecution against political activist Moses Kuria for hate speech if the Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko does not act.
In a second letter addressed to the DPP, LSK chief executive officer Apollo Mboya said the society is ready to prosecute Kuria over alleged hate speech and incitement.
