Delta State chairman of Phase Three amnesty programme, Mr. Preye Ekpebide, has appealed to the Federal Government to heed the advice of Senator James Manager, for the extension of the amnesty programme.
The ex-militant leader noted that with the increase in oil production, which is the mainstay of the country's economy, due to the declaration of the amnesty programme, the Federal Government and Nigerians should be grateful to the ex-war lords for laying down their arms.
