Kenya: Women's Rep Tells Jubilee to Accept National Dialogue

THE government has been asked to eat humble pie and agree to national dialogue. Siaya women's representative Christine Ombaka says Kenyans are going through difficult times and the only way to help them is through the dialogue that Cord is pushing for.

She urged President Uhuru and the Jubilee government to "come to the table" so they can discuss pertinent issues affecting the country. Omboka was speaking yesterday during fundraisers at Warenga Church of Christ in Africa and Hono ACK, both in Alego-Usonga constituency.
