Nigeria Hopes to Meet 17 Million Housing Deficit, Says Minister

Abuja — The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Mrs. Akon Etim Eyakenyi, has identified affordability and the right technology as major components of any partnership that Nigeria would embark on in the quest to meet its 17 million housing deficit.

Eyakenyi made this known when Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, Engr. Mohammad Nematzadeh, led a delegation to her ministry to seek partnership in the housing sector.
