Nigeria: U.S. Tasks INEC, Political Parties On Credible Elections in 2015

The United States Department of States in Washington, DC yesterday urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), political parties and security agencies in Nigeria to ensure credible elections in the country in 2015.

Ms. Marie Harf, the Deputy Department Spokesperson, who made this known in a press statement obtained by LEADERSHIP's correspondent in New York also urged the electoral body as well as politicians in Osun State to ensure a credible, free and fair governorship elections in the state on August 9, 2014.
