South Africa: ILegal Conference to Cover Popi Issues

iLegal 2014, scheduled for 5 August 2014 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Rosebank, Johannesburg, will cover critical issues related to surveillance and security. The conference will highlight both legal and practical insights into how the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) affects security operations.

Hosted by Hi-Tech Security Solutions and Dr Craig Donald, in partnership with the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa, it presents two security experts in CCTV surveillance and its impact on operations, as well as specific issues regarding the implementation, applicability and the benefits of surveillance and other integrated security technologies.
