Ibadan — Just as the delegates to the on-going National Conference in Abuja were reaching consensus on the imperative of state police towards ensuring security stability in the country, a don, Oyesoji Aremu, was at the University of Ibadan insisting on same.
At the Conference Centre of the University of Ibadan, where Aremu had presented a book with the title, 'Policing and Terrorism: Challenges and Issues in Intelligence' to commemorate his 50th birthday, he said the country would continue to grope in the dark over security challenges.
