Political and social activist Daniel Tabut was buried at his Eldoret home on Saturday. Tabut collapsed and died last week. He was eulogised as a man who loved making friends from all walks of life.
Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi and former nominated MP Mark Too attended the burial. Mandago said he knew Tabut as a resident of Eldoret town, who was active in fighting for the rights of people in the area, and offered political advice to many leaders.
