Liberia: UNMIL Official in Gambling Debt?

A Liberian barber, identified as Kpehe, living in the Lakpazee Community, Monrovia, expressed his unhappiness Thursday (June 26) against his Argentine friend, who is an Official of the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL).

Kpehe was complained to his colleagues at his work place (Barber Shop above) that the UNMIL Official forgot to return two thousand Liberian dollars he asked for on credit to bet for his Country, Argentina, against Nigeria, in the last Group F's match on June 25. Argentina won with three goals; Nigeria had two. The Liberian works at UP-TODATE BARBER SALON, located in Lakpazee Community. An agent of WINNERS sits with his betting machine in front of the Barber Shop which hosts a WINNERS' poster nailed to the Salon's roof. The UNMIL Official promised to return the money later, the Barber told his colleagues, but he didn't show up throughout the rest of the day up to 9am of the next day (June 26).
