Calabar — The recent recommendation by the House of Representative Ad Hoc Committee on Composition and Pigmentation of Cement directing that 42.5mpa cement grade should be the minimum standard for construction works has continued to attracted criticism from some quarters.
One of the bashings for the lawmakers came from a don with the Cross River State University of Technology (CRUTECH) and a civil engineering consultant, Engineer Joseph Ukpata, who faulted the stance of the House.
