Abuja — The announced closure of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport runway on Saturday night, left passengers jostling for Lagos to Abuja flights to beat the 11pm deadline set by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
Passengers were seen at the two local terminals of the Lagos airport trying to catch flights to Abuja before FAAN effects the closure of the Abuja runway to commence a scheduled 30 hours maintenance work.
