Kigali, Rwanda — Quality Chemical Industry Limited (QCIL), a Ugandan manufacturer of anti-retroviral (ARV) drugs, has made a breakthrough in Rwanda 2012.
This follows earlier high level talks between the two governments which began in 2012. Last week, Rwanda's trade and industry, François Kanimba and his Ugandan counterpart, Amelia Kyambadde signed a bilateral Trade and Investment Framework agreement on pharmaceutical products.
