Tunisia: Nidaa Tounes Denounces Indifference of Isie in Face of "Serious Deviations"registered During Voter Registration Abroad

Tunis, — Nidaa Tounes movement denounced what it described "indifference" of the Independent Higher Authority for the Election (ISIE) in the face of "the serious deviations" and other flagrant violations noted during the registration of the Tunisian expatriates pending the next elections."

In a statement released public, Monday, Nidaa Tounes charged the present government as well as the National Constituent Assembly (NCA) with the responsibility of the consequences to result from these actions by "the obstinacy of the ISIE members to adopt obsolete procedures to serve the interest of some parties at the expense of others by pushing the Tunisian voter to abstention."
