Nigeria: Court Maintains Arrest Warrant for Okorodudu

Lagos — THE Ikeja High Court has insisted on the arrest of Bube Okorodudu, the managing director of Cross Country Limited, for his failure to attend court to stand trial for an alleged N82.8 million theft.

Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo has refused to vacate an earlier bench warrant issued for the arrest of the businessman whose conduct he said amounted to disrespecting the court.
