Nigeria: NASS Has No Business Making Constitution - - Ozekhome

Chief Mike Ozekhome, a Federal Government delegate stunned the conference when he stated that the National Assembly had no business with the enactment of constitutions.

Citing the constitution of the United States of America that emerged through a conference in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, he submitted that constitutions of countries were also the product of the people through a similar conference, stating that the core mandate of the National Assembly was to amend the constitution.
