Singida — FOUR people died in Singida Region in separate incidents, including a Form One female student studying at Eldersgate Secondary School in Manyara. She hung herself with a rope.
Singida Regional Police Commander (RPC), Geofrey Kamwela, said the student is identified as Usuili Lazaro aged 15 years, a resident of Ulemo village, Kinampanda division in Iramba District.
