Nigeria: Security Challenges Hinder Repair of NNPC Pipelines in North East

The current security challenges caused by Boko Haram insurgence in the north eastern part of the country have hindered the repair of the pipelines and depots of the Pipelines and Products Marketing Company (PPMC), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), THISDAY has learnt.

PPMC has a network of over 5,000 kilometres of petroleum products pipelines linking 21 depots across the country.
