Gambia: WAA Juwara and Co Trial Adjourned

The eight-counts criminal trial involving the state against Lamin Waa Juwara, the former minister of Lands, Traditional Rulers and Regional Administration, Hamidou Jallow, the ex-Principal Land Surveyor at the Department of Lands and Survey and Tamsir Onasis Conteh, was Monday adjourned at the Banjul Magistrates' Court presided over by Principal Hilary Abeke.

The decision for adjournment was made when the case was called and the state prosecutor M.N Jobe informed the court that their witness is out of the jurisdiction on official assignment".
