Nigeria: Boko Haram - 'Justice Ministry Refused to Prosecute Over 500 Suspects'

The military authorities are not happy with the failure of the Federal Ministry of Justice to prosecute no fewer than 500 Boko Haram suspects whose case files have been ready since late last year.

LEADERSHIP recalled the criticisms and alleged human rights abuse of the Boko Haram suspects who are languishing in various detentions and prisons under deplorable conditions and called for their prosecution.
