Gambia: GTBoard Inks MoU With NTDC

In their quest to increase the number of tourist arrival and investors to the country, as well to penetrate the Nigerian's market, the Gambia Tourism Board (GTBoard) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC) in Nigeria, shortly after the launching ceremony of the Destination Gambia's PR and Marketing Campaign in Nigeria. The signing of the MoU was at the wake of the earlier discussion between the two parties at World Travel Market (WTM) in November 2013 held in UK.

Appending his signature on the MoU before The Gambia launched an investment outreach mission delegations to Nigeria, an official from the NTDC, Chief Sally Mbanefo, director general of Nigeria Tourism Development Corporation expressed delight at the signing.
