Nigeria: Fayemi - Nigerian Elite Now Meant for the Dustbin

Apparently alluding to the factor advanced for his recent loss at the Ekiti State governorship election, Governor Kayode Fayemi lamented that intellect was no longer a treasure in Nigeria but claims of grassroots mobilisation.

Fayemi who stated this in Abuja at the maiden edition of legislative awards organised in honour of five senators by the Senate press corps in Abuja, said the new order now is for the elite to function only in the dustbin.
