Kenya: Nairobi Has the Highest Number of People Living With HIV

Nairobi County has the highest number of people living with HIV at about 180,000. A report by the health ministry shows that it's followed by Homabay County with close to 160 thousand people. Siaya and Kisumu counties follow with more than 100 thousand people each living with the virus.
