The IFP in the KwaZulu Natal Legislature calls for urgent improvement of mathematics teaching.

"A report that matric mathematics teachers performed dismally in their subject calls for urgent intervention in order to stop the cycle of 'poor teacher- poor learner' syndrome in mathematics. Quality teaching leads to quality education and this must become the norm in all schools in KwaZulu-Natal," said Mrs Thembi KaMadlopha-Mthethwa, MPL, IFP KZN Education Spokesperson.
