Kenya: State Owes Kenya Seed Firm Sh1.2 Billion

The government owes the Kenya Seed Company more than Sh1.2 billion as unpaid subsidies on seeds for two years.

Kenya Farmers Association director Kipkorir Menjo yesterday told the Star that the government should pay the money so that the firm can use it to improve its performance.
