Nigeria: Adamawa Dep Gov Accuses Ex-Gov Nyako of Mismanaging N82 Billion

YOLA -- Adamawa State Acting Governor, Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, yesterday, accused the former Governor of the state, Murtala Nyako of allegedly mismanaging N82 billion during his tenure, saying that the government had concluded arrangements to probe the former governor.

"The panel is to synergise with all anti-graft agencies in the country to recover the state's stolen funds and through effective positive, publicity to bring to public notice the abuses that necessitated and justified the change of government in the state," Fintiri said in his maiden broadcast to the state.
