Kenya: KCA Vice Chancellor Recognised for Role in Education

Nairobi — KCA University (KCAU) Vice Chancellor Prof Noah O. Midamba has been decorated The International Award on Outstanding Contribution to Education in Kenya and Africa by the Advisory Council of World Chancellors & Vice Chancellors Congress in Taj Lands End, Mumbai, India.

Prof Midamba was awarded for his contribution in spearheading the review of university admission and placement system that he believed "discriminated against students who did not meet the set threshold, denying them a chance to proceed with higher education".
