Jalingo — TO reduce the number of pupils forced out of the classrooms in Taraba State by inability of their parents and guardians to afford the relevant tuitions, some public spirited individuals have initiated moves to get the kids back to school.

It has become a common situation to see out-of-school children in the nooks and crannies of the streets of Jalingo, hawking 'pure' water, cooked corns, among others, when they are supposed to be learning in school.
