Angola: Chevron Supports Service Providing Companies

Luanda — A project dubbed "Conteúdo Local"(Local Content), which aims at training Angolan companies to improve providing service and materials to the oil sector, is being developed by the American Oil Company of Chevron.

This was said to Angop onThursday in Luanda by the Human Resources director, Cesaltino Pedro.

He stated that the Chevro is working in collaboration with the Integrated Centre for Citizen Support (CIAC), in creating services where companies begins to give first steps in terms of managing materials connected to the area.

According to Cesaltino Pedro, this service supports companies of basic support and equipment, but it intends to expand the help to sectors of more complex activities such as area of drilling and human capital.
