Lagos — THE All Progressives Congress (APC) alleged some unscrupulous people had fraudulently obtained and cloned thousands of permanent voter cards (PVCs) ahead of the Osun State governorship election.
The opposition, which however controls the state, said the cards, numbering 500 000, had not been collected or deliberately not handed to their owners.
