Sudan: 'Criminals Leaving South Darfur Capital' - Citizen

Bielel Locality — A citizen was killed, and another wounded in Bielel locality, South Darfur State, in an attack by militiamen on Sunday. Many criminals have left Nyala and arrived in Bielel after the state's Governor issued "emergency measures" to curb the rampant insecurity in the capital.

"On Sunday, militiamen fired at Adam El Doma El Safi, south of the capital Nyala, in Bielel locality, when he was on his way to the Nyala market. He died instantly," one of his relatives told Radio Dabanga. "Mohamed Hassan, his companion was wounded."
