Mr. Sagna was appointed by GoR's Cabinet to serve as Board Director of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), chaired by Staci Warden of the Milken Institute, alongside a set of senior representatives of the Financial and Capital Markets community.
The responsibilities of CMA include advising and implementing the Government policy on Capital Market, and seeking to achieve fairness, efficiency and transparency in the functioning of the capital market.
Ibrahim Sagna has over fifteen years' experience managing private investments and entrepreneurial ventures across Africa and key Emerging Markets. Ibrahim is the Managing Partner of Century Capital Holdings, a privately held asset manager and private investment specialist. He most recently served as Chairman & CEO of Blackthorn Capital Partners.

Ms Yussuf has over 13 years' experience in the finance services industry in London, United Kingdom. Prior to joining Century Capital, Ms. Yussuf worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs International and Hayfin Capital Management, a leading independent provider of credit financing in the European mid-market.
