THE waiver on examination registration fees for standard eight and form four candidates in primary and secondary schools could benefit only public schools, if Education Cabinet Secretary Jacob Kaimenyi has the last word on the matter.
Kaimenyi told the Star yesterday the waiver is meant for candidates in public schools only.
