Cameroon: National Assembly - Chadian Ambassador Bids Farewell

The out-going Chadian Ambassador to Cameroon who also doubled as the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Yoosem-Kontou Noudjiamlao, has expressed joy at the hospitality of Cameroon and its people, referring to them as "loving." He told the press after bidding farewell to House Speaker, Cavaye Yeguie Djibril, yesterday August 7, 2014 that his stay in Cameroon was full of delight and also beneficial. "The House Speaker wished me a happy return, and I expressed regret at leaving a dynamic and beautiful people," the Chadian diplomat said. According to Yoosem-Kontou, Cameroon has every reason to be called "Africa in Miniature."

In Cameroon since 2007, Yoosem-Kontou built solid cooperation between Cameroon and Chad, cemented by exchange visits between the two Heads of State, he noted. At 64, Yoosem-Kontou is going back to his country. He was Ambassador in almost 10 countries.
