Dakar — Liberia and Sierra Leone are reporting hundreds of confirmed or suspected cases of Ebola. Their public health systems are overrun. And now, both countries have declared states of emergency and sent security forces to quarantine affected areas.
This week, security forces in Liberia and Sierra Leone set up roadblocks and took other measures to limit people's movements, as part of the efforts to contain the spread of the deadly Ebola virus.
