South Sudan: 'Extraordinary Acts of Cruelty' Committed in South Sudan

London — Warring parties in South Sudan's eight-month-old conflict have committed "extraordinary acts of cruelty" that amount to war crimes, Human Rights Watch said.

The new report by the rights group documents the massacres of civilians in the early days of the conflict, which erupted in December.
