TWO governors have vowed to push for maximum compensation of the use of land in their counties for the Mombasa-Malaba standard gauge railway line.
Governors Kivutha Kibwana (Makueni) and David Nkedianye (Kajiado) are strategising on how best they will confront the government and the Chinese Exim Bank in seeking compensation in the use of community land once the multi-billion-shilling project takes off.
