Morocco: Sahrawi Human Rights Delegation Begins Visit in Saharawi Refugee Camps

Shaheed Hafed — A delegation of Sahrawi human rights from the occupied territories of Western Sahara started Tuesday a visit in the Sahrawi refugee camps for a week.

The delegation that took part in the Polisario and SADR officials Summer School, in Boumerdes (Algeria), was greeted Tuesday by the authorities of the Wilaya of Boujdour, Sahrawi refugee camps.

The delegation will attend Wednesday two conferences hosted by Prime Minister AbelKader Taleb Omar and Saharawi coordinator with MINURSO M'Hamed Khaddad, and will meet with the preparatory committee of the Second Congress of the Students Union of Saguia el Hamra and Rio de Oro (UESARIO) held from August 23-25 at the Wilaya of Awserd.

The delegation is also expected to visit the Wilaya of Smara, the headquarters of the Association of Families of Saharawi prisoners and disappeared (AFAPREDESA), ministries of Information, Defense, Education and Public Health.
