Egypt: 1000 Feddans Earmarked to Real Estate Investors in October

Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouli agreed on Thursday 14/08/2014 to allocate 1000 feddans in Sixth of October city to real estate investors in the city.

In a meeting with them, the minister welcomed their initiative to build 5,000 housing units for youths to boost the Egyptian economy at this stage. Each unit will be 90 square meters.

The Minister promised to arrange a meeting between them and Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab next week to agree on details of their initiative.

Madbouli also urged them to mull teaming up with the ministry in building housing units for limited-income people.
