Nigeria: Akpabio's Wife Sensitizes Churches On Child Theft, Baby Factory

Uyo — In her continued zeal to sensitize rural women on the activities of men of the underworld who have in recent times converted innocent children into wares that could easily be picked for commercial purposes, the wife of the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mrs. Ekaete Unoma Akpabio, on Sunday took her advocacy against this illicit trade to three churches in Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area of the state.

Faithful of the Apostolic Church, Ikot Nkim, Assemblies of God, Nnung Udoe and Lutheran Church Nnung Udoe where the Governor's wife visited were alerted on the need cautiously protect children by guiding them to and from schools, churches and other places as well as spreading the message to other women.
