THE Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe 2014 Summer School opens in Nyanga today with participants expected to deliberate of various issues affecting the insurance industry. Issues to be discussed include corporate governance, insurance fraud, the impact of financial conglomaratisation on the insurance industry and the role of risk management in modern business actuarial entrepreneurship.
In addition participants will also discuss emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial leadership and insurance innovations as well as proper and fair treatment of customers.
